safeTalk Training

APRIL 9, 2021

This safeTALK suicide alertness course is a community sponsored event.   Mental Health Association of Greater Baton Rouge (MHA GBR), the Office of Behavioral Health (OBH), the Louisiana Chapter of the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention (LA- AFSP) and the Florida Parishes Human Services Authority (FPHSA) are working together to provide this event at no charge to participants.  Without the support and collaboration of these agencies, the cost of providing this workshop would be $75.00 per person.

Space is limited to maintain physical distancing guidelines and pre-registration is required.  If you are unable to attend after you register, please let Danita LeBlanc know.

We will follow all safety recommendations on masking, sanitizing and physical distancing to prevent the spread of Covid.  Properly work masks covering both nose and chin are REQUIRED.

We are meeting at the ADAPT office in Bogalusa on 216 Memphis St.

To register, please send an email to  danitaleblanc@cox.net.  Please provide your name and email.    Email or call/text Danita LeBlanc at 225-335-4979 if you have questions.
